| I think this song is about a maturing relationship. Starts out early highschool love and then one of them breaks it off (so im stepping away) to try to figure themself out before they can try to figure each other out... Time passes, soul searching has been done, lifestyle changes has been made, etc. And the couple, now young adults (mid to late 20's?) are going to give it another shot now that they have an idea where they belong in the world - something that comes with age. :) | |
