this song is not about a nuclear war. its about alot of things actually. you see, if you haven't noticed the world is growing prettier and prettier and faker and faker. and los angels (hollywood) is the heart of it all. We are putting pollution in the air and not doing a thing about it. and in the bible it says that the world will be destroyed by fire, witch they are saying lets watch this city burn the world. it also seems that this song along with "young", "outside", and "we are", are all connected and pretty much saying the same thing. that the government is destroying this world and were all trapped in the middle of it, and that the youth (meaning children and or teenagers) are the only ones who can make a difference. |

| I think that this song is talking to adults who think that the youth "meaning kids and teens" don't know anything, form a youth's perspective. The youth does know something, allot actually, that the adults think that they don't know. "Born in this world as it all falls apart" means that the world is tearing it's self apart, and we are right in the middle of it. The industry controls the government, so the industry is making the government destroy this world. And if the youth can rise together as one, then we can put the industry back in it's place.
