mmm i think this song is about people who cute for attention and wear their scars around showing them off. using them to get empathy. i know many people like this. ususally their cuts are small ones that scab flake sry and heal. not ever scar. Yet they still over dramatisise them. i don't think its about all cutters, because that would be wrong. Some poeple do it for their own reasons and do their best to hide it. Even are ashamed of it. but seriously i have had people i barley know wander up to me and be like "i cu+ttt @gain last niiitte cuz mi garlfrand cheet onmii c look at mi arm" and they have little pin scratches and just, i want to punch them ion the face. they are fake. i think this songsabout them. |

I get what you mean because alot of that type of people do fake these things for attention. Like, ALOT. But you have to understand in some cases people are actually sick. The way you're coming off is pretty insulting to someone who has genuinley been trhough this stuff. Just because some fake it doesnt mean all do. and if someone is "not eating to appear anorexic" then theyre not eating to be skinny which actually means they have anorexia. You probably have the slightest knowledge of what real mental illness is and therefor sont deserve to be ridiculing it. i get you just mainly mena emo's but even emo's can actually be ill for real. |

I think it's about someones parents getting a divorce. If you listen to it form the point of view of a kid who's mum left his dad and no longer has much contact with the kid anymore everything makes alot of sense. And Mark and Tom's parents both were divorced. "never found out why you left him, but this answer begs a question" He doesn't know why his mum left his dad. "you are never around" His mum isn't around anymore. Thats just two exapmles coz i cant be fucked doing more. Its pretty self explanatory if you listen to the kyrics with that in mind. Eh Anyway that's how I look aaaaaaaaaaaaaat it. It might not be what the songs actually about, but I like to look at it that way and I think it's about that. A song means whatever you want it to though. |

It's basically about how girl's have power over men through sex. I think it's kind of telling the story of a girl who has intentions of seducing a guy for sex. It kind of makes the girl sound evil and puts the boy as the victem. 'she creeps up like a spider & wants you deep inside her' Well, you could try to put deeper meaning in to that but I don't think you're supposed to. It basically means she wants to have sex. Creeps up like a spider - she appears Innocent at first. 'She turns you into stone, a twisted little show' Okay, well she makes him hard "turns him to stone". I think it's referring to her when it says 'a twisted little show' meaning she is messed up. 'That's how it was all to begin, cause good girls they like to sin Way back at the starting line, when Eve was on Adam's mind And he was the first to go, in search of the great unknown And falling yet again, cause good girls they like to sin' Adam and Eve where the first man and woman on earth. Adam was the first to have sex with a girl, to be seduced. The great unknown = sex. good girls they like to sin, sex out of marriage is a sin, i think that's what its talking about there. How good girls can seem so innoncent but then they go use sex as a weapon/. 'you are a hero and survivor, your eyes are getting tired' This is after the sex. it's putting the man as the victem of the story, the hero. his eyes are tired, sex is tiring. 'there's claw marks up your spine' I'm pretty sure this is just talking about scratch marks on his back from sex. It happens. 'those silent evil daughters' Girls are evil and sneaky. They use sex as a weapon. 'like sirens on the water' This is a simile it compares women to sirens, which are basically mermaids that seduce sailors with their song and then kill them. 'youve been the perfect crime it happens all the time' Maybe it's about a guy with a girlfriend and that's why it's a crime, because some other girl seduced him for her own evil intentions.. It happens all the time = lots of girls do this. I'm not sure guys just thinking aloud. I really don't think this song is abbout falling in love. I think it's about a girl that seduced a guy in a relationship. |
