this is WAY better than the original lyrics i found on a different site for this song.... but does anyone think it might be "so take the mask from off your face" instead of "map from all of your fates"? listening to it, it could be the latter, but the former makes a hell of a lot more sense |

well, official title is Click Your Heels (3 times, and repeat, theres no place like home) 3rd line its cat, not guy then the next section is something like politely, subtle, and crass a broken heart, an ending a castoff pirate and gypsy with class (im not certain on all the words, but i think its close) and in the chorus, its body, not buddy second verse, its starves not starts and in the bridge im pretty sure its "but its mine for a hundred and 10" like a price, not the room number |

some corrections based on what i hear (it also helps to listen to live videos) put an "If" in front of the first line I'll lead the way lighter till the breaking of dawn to cover up mistakes after first chorus its "so dont let it show" |

go search black ink revenge on youtube. theres a video of juliet playing it 4 years ago. it was supposed to be on the full length album, but as most fans know, it took years and several record labels to finally put an album out. but the record labels wanted juliet to write an upbeat song, so she had to rewrite it several times to please them, and thats where My Goodbye came from. In a video from awhile back, she said that now that her label lets her do what she wants, she wanted to bring it back to its original form. Plenty of fans already knew and loved the song from that first youtube video, so when Juliet decided to do the acoustic album per the fans request, it made sense to put Black Ink Revenge on there. I know I had been begging for a studio version. |
