I think it's a satirical take on the phrase "Girls go shopping". It could be seen as a song of empowerment: women using both sexuality and brutality to avenge wrongs. |

I believe this song is about getting rid of negativity in one's life...just with a horror/slasher movie motif, of course. "Cut out the cancers corrupting your soul" and all. |
