| Close Your Eyes – Oh God, This Is War Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| That's the pre-chorus, not the bridge. | |
| Close Your Eyes – Friends Are Friends Forever Lyrics | 13 years ago |
|
Sorry but I'm seeing a lot of errors. "I've never been so close to anyone AS you" "The AIR seems so stale" "I FORCE my LUNGS to inhale" "As long as YOU'RE here by my side" (sorry) "SELL short" (pretty sure, it means to sell something you have borrowed) "You're always there to lend a hand" "When times GET tough" Instead of the practice/surrender part, he says "Every brick, this is ours to make or break" instead of "For nothing" it's "Forgotten" |

| Woe, Is Me – [&] Delinquents Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
Not 100% sure, but to me it sounds like he says "Follow you like a train" Makes a little more sense I think, but then again, I could be wrong too. |
|
| Enter Shikari – Anything Can Happen in the Next Half Hour... Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Definitely the club scene, and it sounds like they're both drugged up, hers might be date rape drugs. | |
| Relient K – William Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| "If I stop and follow your will" is actually "It gets tough to follow your will" | |
| I Am X-ray – Pretty Rave Girl Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Not X-Rays fault either, some prick tagged it as him and that happened to be the MP3 that got distributed everywhere. | |
| I Am X-ray – Pretty Rave Girl Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| DotA is 'a complete ripoff' of Daddy DJ. | |
| I Am X-ray – Pretty Rave Girl Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| I'm really starting to feel like a dick now, but the song is just called DotA. | |
| I Am X-ray – Pretty Rave Girl Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Don't say stuff like this without research. They're both ripoffs of Daddy DJ, and this was first. | |
| I Am X-ray – Pretty Rave Girl Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| He won't make another like this, because it wasn't made by him, it was made by DJ S3RL. Someone mistagged it as by him and uploaded an MP3 which got distributed everywhere. Sucks for S3RL. | |
| Breathe Carolina – Hello Fascination Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Why is every word capitalized? | |
| Of Mice & Men – The Ballad Of Tommy Clayton & The Rawdawg Milliona Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| I think he actually says "just like you, wants to be fed" | |
| Of Mice & Men – Second and Sebring Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| I think that this is the most heartfelt song I've ever listened to. Amazing. | |
| Of Mice & Men – They Don't Call It The South For Nothing Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
Aiight, meaning. Gonna have to agree that the song is based on anger towards AA. More specifically, a kind of revenge warning towards the members. "Make waves, makes waves, I'm sea" This is him inviting them to make trouble with him, the waves represent the trouble, and he's clearly the sea. "Your ship's sunk it's gone down, now your captain is dead." I think that the ship is AA, and the captain is Carlyle, dead because he's no longer in the band, and presumes it's worthless without him and will tank. "Your saints become sailors" This is interesting, I think that the 'saints' are the other members of Attack Attack! seing as they kicked him out for being "Unchristian." But they simply become sailors (Known for being foul-mouthed and rough) and end up dead and worthless, taken by the ocean (Being Carlyle) "Salt your eyes" Pretty sure this means cry about what happened. "The waves start the flood that's drowning yourself" This means that they brought their downfall about on their own. (Although I don't think they've really lost much popularity) I guess the title comes from the fact that The South, might mean that it's lawless country where anything goes, but I think this is a pretty weak theory. Cheers. |

| Of Mice & Men – YDG?! Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
Here's what I noticed. "We're not the same, because I dig, and I dig you too." If he digs her, and they're not the same, maybe this means she doesn't 'dig' him? Could also add some meaning to the title beyond "Do you understand?" He could actually be asking if she likes him. And of course, the "Run from your problems but you cannot run from yourself." Implies that she is the source of her problems. I kind of get the feeling that the theme is something like his partner destroying their relationship (In his eyes anyway) and then blaming it on him. |

| A City Serene – The Escape Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| I don't think the screams here are correct. | |
| Kill Paradise – Princess In A Tower Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| -5 comments is a lot of comments. | |
| Abandon All Ships – Take One Last Breath (the Geeving) Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Wtf? The Geeving? If you mean 'from the album Geeving" then there's no "The" And these lyrics are from before Geeving anyway. | |
| Abandon All Ships – Megawacko (Demo Version) Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| These are the lyrics to the old Megawacko. No, not the one on the EP. The demo BEFORE that. | |
| Owl City – Hello Seattle (Remix) Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Lol I don't even think that that's right | |
| Underoath – Too Bright to See, Too Loud to Hear Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| I could have sworn it was 'Wanderers and Vagabonds" not 'wonders and vagabonds," which doesn't make a ton of sense :s | |
| Abandon All Ships – Bro My God Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| I think that this song is from the perspective of two different people. One refuses to believe, and the other tries to convince him to 'Take a chance, Don't look back.' that's the closest I could get, because it does seem unusual for them. | |
| Capital Lights – Let the Little Lady Talk Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| I thought that it sounded more like "Caught the wind from the pitch you threw" than "Caught the wind from the fits you threw." Seems to make a little more sense, but I have no idea what he could be talking about. | |
| Capital Lights – Work It Out Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
That's what I was just thinking. Really cool line. |
|
| And Then There Were None – Bed Of Nails Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
By the way, before the first chorus there's a voice. It quotes Every man's life ends the same way It is only the details of how he lived And how he died that distinguish One man from another Can't remember who says it. |
|
| And Then There Were None – Action is the Anecdote Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
"Or I could be a good scene in a bad dream, I could make it something beautiful." I think this is my favorite line by anyone, ever. This has happened to me before, and honestly sometimes it makes me want to cry, I don't even understand it. |
|
| And Then There Were None – Reinventing Robert Cohn Lyrics | 14 years ago |
|
And, actually, I guess when he speaks of 'her' he could really be personifying temptation itself, and how it's in his blood like a fire and hard to resist. In the bridge, he does say 'She is temptation' The more I think about this, the more it makes sense. I've been wrong before though. |
|
| And Then There Were None – Reinventing Robert Cohn Lyrics | 14 years ago |

I agree 100% with Tmac. Also, Associated Content says that Cohn is a kind of outcast in society. So maybe because he resists he goes against social norms http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/638591/analysis_of_robert_cohn_in_hemingways.html?cat=38 |

| And Then There Were None – John Orr The Arsonist Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| Does anyone know what that garbled voice says before the first chorus? | |
