Cross-tops are meth pills, he's having trouble trying to sleep because he's high, which is why his mind is set on over drive, his eyes are bulging, his mouth his dry, common affects of drugs like meth and mdma. Not children keep you awake. Although it's kind of a good metaphor. Its definately about drugs though |
