| My favorite song from APFP's new ablum "The Marriage of Heaven and Hell"! It seems to me they're saying how some preachers of Christianity who "Speak God's Word" spew bullshit as if they're the voice of God. They speak the tone of "Repent or Perish" as if not heeding their words will automatically judge you. They preach that giving money to their Church grants easy pass tickets to Heaven. Forcibly converting people gets you a higher seat in God's presence. They believe their words are golden to God's will when they're actually not. We have to open our eyes to these false profits and realize that they cannot speak for God because no one can. Very deep meaning and true along the lines. | |
