| Im catholic, and yeah the church has done bad things in the past but the church itself is Gods house on earth, its perfect, the people in it are not. as for your brother and his partner, under law they are legally able to do everything a straight couple can except call their relationship a marriage. a marriage is a sacrament of the church and should therefore remain sacred (one man one women). They can legally be together. Judging by your language you are not a happy person so ill pray for you. I also dont understand why you posted this at all because you didnt even mention the song above at all except by bashing the faith of the band that wrote it. this song is the story of my life. I desperately want someone who i can show this song and say "this is for you". I want to be able to say I lived my life and gave it up for someone, but I dont know who yet. I want to fight and die for someone, (maybe my country I want to be a Marine), because hopefully because of my example I can improve the lives of people, but I want to have really loved someone back home first. :/ I would pick lines that really speak to me but every line does. please dont bash me if this sounds stupid or lame or anything because this is the most honest thing Ive said in a long time. Thats what beautiful, meaningful music will do to you i guess. I love you guys and hopefully you'll hear of me someday. |
