| totally agree with you. i feel like blue sky noise is 100 times better than OLG, and though Juturna is still my favourite of the three, BSN definitely sounds more "together"..like they really found themselves as a band, were able to define their sound, and pretty much everything you just said above. definitely a SWEET album..and just saw them live last week, and the new songs translate beautifully on stage. | |

i think its alluding to a past love, sleeping with her again after they've broken up. "Heat of the moment well this used to feel like home" - it all happened fast, got caught up in the past, things aren't the same anymore. "Leftover feelings raised from the dead" - obvious - old feelings coming back after this night the whole chorus - wondering whether being with this girl for one more night was a good thing or a bad thing " I may be lost here, here in your eyes, but these scars on my heart, well they keep me in line" - he hurt by her in the past, the pain keeps him in line, doesn't pursue anything further i'm sure there are many interpretations..thats just what i think of it. either way it is a great, great song :) |
