I love this song, so thank you so much for the lyrics, but can I ask why the line
"for all we could and should be being" gets added and dropped in different accounts of the lyrics? It's one of my favorite lines and sets up a more intense meaning to the following line "in the one life that we've got." I wonder, are there different performances or recordings of this song perhaps, other than the one I have, where Imogen Heap cuts this line? |

I agree w/ you. I think the lyrics posted are the closest. Not what Kristenn has. Any thoughts on "from the wind in front of me?" |

I think the answer is really a combination of these two sets of lyrics, some are right on one and some on the other. I personally favor "every crashing node" to "they will be crashing low." But can someone please clear up "down towards the ground, gravity smiled"? I don't think any of these are right on that line. It's "gravity- something" but I can't figure it out. |

Hey, I'd just like to say this is pretty much the best guess at the words I've seen so far. But I have to agree that "From the wind in front of me" is very obscure. Just to put my two cents worth in, I think he might be saying "Tell me when this world is free." But I could be totally wrong. At this point its anybody's guess. |
