| So the lyrics are saying that Mary is a machine? I don't understand. | |

Sounds like that to me too. This song is such a great way to close this album. Jack brings out his religious roots beautifully in a way that doesn't incite a disrespect to anyone who isn't Catholic. Quite epic. |

This song is great! It reminds me of The Suffering, in the sense of it being universal throughout music rather than 100% tied to the storyline. You can tell that their sounds has evolved from "angry-rah-rah-Prog-Rock" to an emotionally and intellectually in-tune cohesion of instrument, vocal, and poetry into song. I guess we'll just have to wait and listen to the rest of the album in April to get the full effect of the backstory here. Great track. |

This song is epically beautiful! I'm very, very impressed. To be honest, I thought that this album was not going to turn out very great because of the short amount of time between records, but that fear has definitely subsided. Chris has made a great first impression. Claudio's vocals and returning guitar riffs are dark and moody. It's classic Coheed with that new metal-like spin from No World For Tomorrow. I reallly like it. Am I the only one who thinks that this has to do with the Mages or Mariah Antillarea's coup against the URA or is my chronology messed up? |

| I don't think it's a continuation of the thought process of the Writer. Considering that this is the beginning of the saga, I would think that it has something to do with the betrayal of the Mages or possibly the coup staged by Mariah Antillarea against the URA or something. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess. | |
| Nine Inch Nails – The Line Begins to Blur Lyrics | 16 years ago |

I'd have to say that the bridge beginning with "There's somebody on top of me..." happens to be one of the most haunting moments for me from all the music I've listened to. The way it's sung and the instruments and synths to back it up conglomerate into what I would call insanity while on acid. I can't imagine how they came up with this masterpiece. So gorgeous. I know I'll love it even when I'm 90. Shame they're "split up". |

| Thom Yorke – Hearing Damage Lyrics | 16 years ago |

By far the best song Thom has done by himself, in my opinion. So dark, yet so enjoyable. And I hope it does, too, as long as they all don't fangirl his image to death; that would be terrible. |
