This song is about his Dad. "'Cause Tallahassee's fine but, Dad, I miss you all the time" His dad died, recently. As many of you know he used to be in the "Mayday Parade", he was song writer/singer. As many of you don't know, the REAL reason her left is because his dad died. He wanted to postpone the band for a couple months until his dad felt better, but the members of mayday refused. They wanted to continue on the journey to stardom. Kinda makes you hate mayday huh? Not only that but their new album is written by song writers, hence why they haven't had a new album in a while. I'm not saying I hate mayday, i just love old mayday, the one WITH jason. But yeah, this song is about his dead father, and how he misses him. I love this song. Jason's lyrics are amazing. |
