I agree with blondy. The Christian Bible is meant to be a complete manuscript, with no "extras". There is no reference in it that says, "See Satanic Bible for additional reading." The true Bible was written, essentially, by God. The Satanic Bible was written (or assembled) by Anton LaVey, the founder of the church of Satan, over a thousand years later. If you want to know how things turn out between God and Satan (that includes all those other names you mentioned) go read the lyrics to The Finisher.
