Thats actually weird Cuz i got the same vibe about it being about a little kid but "words that would melt in your hands" and "words of wisdom" were Harsh words from the kids mother and so the kid goes and hides in the basement. Really Really good song though. The Band kinda reminds me of Minus the Bear and Death Cab For Cutie |

Why is every one so stupid. Its not only about terrorism its about Humans and having excuses for their actions. "Hunting for Witches" is used as in terms of in medieval times when the townsfolk would blame their own problems on "witches" so they would basically kill innocent people for their own entertainment. To go even deeper Both Americans and the Terrorists are "Hunting for Witches" because the Terrorists blamed America for there problems so the Attacked them thinking that it would help. And America is in Afghanistan using the excuse of trying to reform the country, which they are doing but, Troops are their more for the Oil. |

I beleive that this song is about getting offered a drug "Pardon me Want to live in a fantasy"and taking it and expiriencing it for the first time. In the first verse it says "I hope you'll take it....Come on and taste it" like giving the drug and telling them to take it and then later on in the song it says "Now that you Taste it" and it does the same thing with the chorus part " Come and see how the wind in your hair will feel differently" and " Do you see how the wind in your hair now feels differently". just my input on the song
