I was very confused as to this song meaning but on watching the amazing video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOXnSdXV-0I I'm thinking this song is about making the most out of your life, there is hope... You only have one chance, don't forget... I think, don't forget to cry at your own burial could have a double meaning... Don't cry out of guilt that you where old and did nothing with your life... And, a message to say, you've everperiamced so much, cry from happiness... I know you may think this is wrong but I think the videos ten to reflect the aong meaning sometimes and that's the message I picked up, maybe it's just how I'm feeling at the moment!!! |

I'm not a religious person, but this song seems slightly religious to me. 'One day I met a precious soul Who's words had touched my heart His poetry resounded so It tone my soul apart ' The words or god maybe? Meant so much it blew away what she believed in? Then something bad happend and he didn't help something deeply hurt her.. and she lost her faith? he didn't help and she didn't turn to anything, she started to believe in her own emotions ... she didn't need anyone to help her through... Maybe i'm totally wrong thinking about it.. ha! |

This song beings back so many memories. I used to have this song on repeat for a very long time, it is only recently that I have started listening to it again and i don't have to cry. It takes me back to a very bad time in my life and it helped me think though my problems. All I ever wanted was to be loved. I know I shine and I know I'm a good person but i craved the love of a partner to complete me. I believe you need to love yourself before you can love someone else, I think that is what, 'I can love But I need his heart' means. Very poowerful song that will always important to me. |

Lou Rhodes sings this so well.. I do love her. I saw her in concert when she was in Lamb - Beautiful. Just beautiful. This song is just so lovely. You can be born to a good or bad background, have a good upbringing or a poor one. But either way life is what you make of it, it's not your childhood that makes you, it is yourself. You have a life, it's special, go for what you want and and don't stop till you get it. |
