Kill Paradise – Candyland Wedding Lyrics 15 years ago
Thank you :)
I'd really like to believe that in the song, he really loves the person he's marrying.

"But I'll take a life for you"

sounds like

"take a lie for you"

Emarosa – Set it off Like Napalm Lyrics 15 years ago
Personally I interpreted this song as a guy convincing a girl that the guy she's with isn't right for her at all and to leave that guy and be with him.

"Out of place, put him down, hes all strung out."
That guy isn't right, tell him he's a loser and leave him, he's been acting strung out anyways.

"Don't hold your breath for too long,
This moments fading out now,
Our souls have caught on fire"
They feel a connection and share a moment that makes them feel like they should be together.

"I don't really wanna walk the line,
I don't really wanna cross that line"
He doesn't want to steal her away because it's wrong or because he's done it so many times before.

"Let's make this now or never"
He doesn't want to wait for her her to decide and tells her to choose instantly.

"And I plan to take advantage no matter what they say"
If she chooses him, he'll ignore what people keep telling him about how he's a bad person for stealing another person's girl.

"Oh god, please open your eyes, its time to finalize"
Asking her to see that the other guy isn't right and make everything final.

"Take your form, let it be the scariest,
Let it be most furious."
Make the other guy let go, even if she has to be mean.

"I am the boy that sets your girl on fire,
When she dances, oh, she knows its right,
We'll send them all to hell. "
He knows he's stealing someone else's girl but him and the girl both know it's right.
They don't care about the other guy and he could go to hell for all they care.

"set it off and let it burn."
Telling her to watch that bridge between the girl and the other guy burn, knowing it's right.

Just the way I've been thinking it was since listening to it.
Not saying that this is, for sure, what it's about :)

Personally I interpret this song as his fears of how the relationship may go after getting married:

When, "everything we had once is gone" I think that he sees that the relationship can take may different paths and he will try as hard as he can to make the relationship work, "I'm gonna play till I bleed".

"And I found you in the ocean blue", is usually a happy description of the ocean so he knows that what they had was great.
"Fake sky, Rosy colored bones poke through" But he worries that it(the relationship) could take turns for the worse.
"And I, can never write a lullaby for you, for you", Which may be his ultimate fear, that he will never be able to show her love the way she'll need or that he won't be able to love her after the wedding and/or worries that they may have to get a divorce in the future(maybe because he's been around many failed marriages).

"Meet me 'cause I'm flyin' high" and "I can't believe it's happening", could mean that he is so happy that they're together even with his fears weighing down on him.

"Golden color plates, Porcelain legs and fancy dates, Love me 'cause I know it's fate" he is feeling both reassured and weighted down because he sees how perfect everything is.
"A picture perfect chocolate river and white canoe" again everything looks perfect.

"In our graves we're wrapped with leather and I'm kissing you" he decides to take the risk of marrying her and decides he will stay with her till they both die(because he knows he loves her).

Paramore – Where the Lines Overlap Lyrics 16 years ago
I see a little resemblence to "My Heart" with the:

"If I sang this loud enough
You would sing it back to me"

reminding me of:

"Sing us a song and we'll sing back to you"

Was I the only one who noticed this?

Chiodos – Two Birds Stoned At Once Lyrics 16 years ago
I feel this song is about feeling like he always being watched when he says,
"Can you hear the silhouettes? The slim and dark figures."
They're watching him and he swears he can hear them in the shadows.

"Oh, how we celebrate the mediocrity."
He's worried they'll try to take credit for what he's done.
He hates how people get credit for something they didn't do.

"My feelings crawl the walls."
He tries to hide what he feels from those who want to use it to their advantage.

"And we're all whores, some of us just get paid."
Admitting that everyone sells themselves out
But only few actually get rewarded for what they've sold themselves to.

(This is just my vision on what it's about though)

I completely see what you mean. It's actually a lot like the situation I'm going through but just a bit different on the girl part. Anyways I like your interpretation. It's really origional.

I always picture the "Have you ever really danced on the edge?" part as a couple dancing on the edge of a balcony.

Pierce the Veil – She Sings In the Morning Lyrics 16 years ago
I think this song is about a couple who love each other, but don't believe the other loves them.
They are fearful that the other will leave (I'll never see your face again) and fear that they'll wake up alone (if we wake at, if we wake at all).
