| I love this song! It perfectly describes the advantages of a small town. The sense of individuality, and freedom from being judged by people. THe thing about a small town is that there are so little people, that everyone knows everyone and is close with them because there aren't many people to be close to. There's less gossip, hate, crime, traffic, noise... It feels more FREE. | |

Love this song! My favorite of Write This Down. I think it's about a fight between a guy and his girlfriend. She's either saying he's not good enough for her (not what she's looking for), or he doesn't have what it takes to accomplish something; a goal. It sounds like they had a fight over it, and she walked out. He's angry that she was so honest, and doesn't think it was very helpful that she said he wasn't "quite there". But in the end, all is fair in love and war. |
