I'm pretty sure its all about self destruction relationships and abusive partners.....in this one it seems like the parents are the abusive ones trying to rip apart their daughters relationship and shes start to lose control and takes it out on him....and the death is the metaphor for her self destruction and the break up or if you want to take it literally just add on her dying to the scenario. | |

| Its about, as it seems to me anyway, a girls two families (divorce and remarriage) are trying to tear her away from her husband (recently married probably still very young) because they think hes the one causing her all the problems. When in actuality it was her father and they didn't believe her. She probably became anorexic because of it buy they didn't notice. All this has caused her to become depressed and she now takes it out on the guy she really loves. And i think the part where shes dieing and he doesn't wanna believe it is actually a metaphor for how he loves her to much to give up on her even though shes become an ugly person towards him. | |

You can relate it to any of thoes things, but im pretty sure its about this: All the songs are gonna have metaphors that have to do with hospitals obviously but i think the whole thing is just a metaphor like hospital because they have hurt eachother so much they need to be in the hospital kinda like that and the bear in the stomach has to do with her evil side and hes using bear and aobrtion theme as a metaphor to explain it. ORRR ive thought of another idea it is about abortion which adds to there effed up relationship which is what this album seems to be about |
