| Framing Hanley – Fool With Dreams Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| The song is talking about a guy who may not have all the material things (looks, money, popularity, etc.) but the one thing that he does have that he hopes can make up for all of that is love, true and everlasting love. | |

If you listen to this song in conjunction with "You" you'll see an almost perfect correlation between meanings (EX:) "I was thinking about telling you I was in love I was in love with her" --Photographs and Gasoline and "I was thinking about telling you I was in love I was in love with you" --You Between these 2 songs I see the story of a guy who may have either cheated on a girl with someone else, or might have dumped one girl in favor of another (Photographs and Gasoline) and then realizes he's made a mistake and is trying to remedy his ways and get back with the one he truly loves (You) |

| Framing Hanley – The Promise Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| By looking at the beginning of the song, it tells me that the song has been written from the perspective of a girl. The girl in this song is telling her love to pursue his dreams and go to L.A even though it means leaving her for now, but she is telling him how much he means to her and pleading with him not to forget about her while she is back home waiting for him to return and for him to be in her arms again | |

| or then again maybe I'm just skewing the meaning to fit my own situation... | |
| Framing Hanley – WarZone Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| I think the songs about how he feels that hes caught in the middle of a situation, and that he has to make a decision about his life that will affect others. He is trying to explain how he is torn and feels like no matter what he does someone is going to end up being hurt, which will mean he won't be happy either way. He's looking for any way out and realizes that in the end there's no way around it, and in the end that pain consumes him. | |

| I agree, after doing all that you can do to right things and fix their problems. Theres a point where you just have to say fuck it and move on. Let them die and rot alone | |

I would have to agree that it is about a child getting molested at a young age and how it affected him psycologically throughout his life. The only thing that I seem to have a different opinion on is the end of the song. At the end is speaks about him and another child locking eyes and about him needing closure, and I go back in the song to when it speaks about him at age 18 and find this... "Maybe someone could've helped If someone had had known to ask." Now I look at this as when he and the other child lock eyes, there is a mutual feeling of understanding between them, they they can just tell they've both endured the same pain and suffering. I look at this as him finding closure in confronting the other child and helping him, ending the cycle in a way. Up for scrutiny, but I would like to look at the song with a somewhat happy ending |
