This song is so...wow... It's pretty obvious what it is about. It is about the person who loves the person more than anything and all they want to do is keep them safe, hide them from the pain. They wont leave their side, always there to look after them. They want them to believe that they will care for them. "I will sing Nobody will break you Trust in me, trust in me, don't pull away Just trust in me, trust me Cause I'm just trying to keep it together Cause I could do worse and you could do better" This bit is like they are trying to get the person to believe them because it's what is truelly in their heart but the person may doubt them. The singing keeps the person safe, they just need to trust the person who loves them. An amazing song. I can really relate to this song. It made the person i showed it to tear up slightly :] It does that to me too. I love all their songs <33 |

This is such an amazing song. Honestly, it made me cry when I first heard it! I love it, it's my favourite song I've ever heard...It's just so beautiful and so well written. I adore the reasons why Alex wrote it. This song helped me show someone I love that it's alright, that I will wait as long as it takes for him and me to be together. He isnt ready for a relationship due to past hurt, but I understand that. I just live in the hope for that day he is ready. Hence why I love the lines "I've only got forever And forever is fine Just take your time We'll stop the clock together And know that the timing was right" And... "It's a long way down Just fall into place And you'll fall into me We'll make it out, you'll see." I adore this song to no end. I think it's amazing <33 |

I love this song. It's amazing :] You have got the lyrics wrong... "It's no wonder I'm not eating I'm not sleeping You sing Sing, sing to me Sing me something I need Sing you, sing you God I wish that I could" It should be.. "it's no wonder i'm not eating, i'm not sleeping. and you say, sing sing to me, sing me something i need, sing new, sing good. god i wish that i could.." I'm still not sure what it's about to be honest. But I would guess that it is about a relationship where the girl is always saying for him to sing, because that's his job. But in the end he cant anymore, hence why he is not eating or sleeping. He is just growing tired of it. Though he could be talking about keeping the relationship together and the singing is the love for her. Like how she is saying to tell him he loves her and all that but he just cant. Also maybe she is too demanding. "you just need me to be stable but i won't be able to keep it together again." She wants him to be totally into the relationship but he simply cant. This is also shown by "All my indecision All of my excess Don't you ever tell me I'm not lovin' you best " He is trying his best but she wants too much from him.
