oh yeah. totally. celldweller's songs all have very complex lyrics, and kalyton is very talented because basically all of his songs (can) have more than one meaning. |

Shadenhand, youve cracked it. Ive been searching for a reason for celldweller to denounce his faith. Apparently the temptations and Glory of that side of the music industry were too much for him. he also claims to be easily tempted in the song "frozen". HOLY CRAP THANK YOU SHADENHAND! |

I am a christian. im gonna say it out flat. I would love to see Celldweller's freakin' GENIUS put to christian songs. (dont say anything about circle of dust. i know the history. =]). I just wish that whatever church messed with him would just stop being what they are. I dont believe church has anything to do with religion. in fact, chrisitianity should BE a religion. its a relationship. but sometimes, the far conservative christians can make it seem like a religion. Sometimes, even a cult. i feel for Scott. I wish i could just talk to him to understand what he wants to know. |

This song is about inner conflict. Celldweller is a deeper lyricist than alot of people take him for. But in MANY MANY songs of his, he says something along the lines of, "go away i hate you, but stay with me, cuz i need you". inner conflict! And my theory, again, is his struggle with his Christianity. |

its wierd. i am a christian and i love celldwellers music. His old music shows his faith, but slowly, his songs become more angry. In his first project, circle of dust, he has many lyrics that show his christianity. But as he transformed into celldweller, his faith slipped away. This song DOES have many meanings. but there is a single message in all of his albums. But songs like "i believe you" confuse me about celldweller. It seems he is talking about new or old religious struggles. |
