I think this song is about a boy who loves a girl just a bit more than she loves him. He gives her everything and she's distant, doesn't tell him anything, ect. She only seems to have time for him when it's convenient for her. Love love love this song. |

Reading over the words, it sounds like it's about a boy trying to comfort his girlfriend over her mother's death. No matter what he does, he can't seem to make her feel any better. For such a cute song, the imagery of the two lying in the grave with the girl's mother is quite gruesome. |
