| Hahaha oh Joseph...He wrote it about Aj after she wrote "Potential Break-up Song" about him. He was basically saying it's not a potential break up, it had already happened as far as he was concerned and she just needed to "Move On." She was being a jerk and telling her friends that he was a horrible boyfriend because he couldn't spend every second with her. I don't know, maybe he is a bad bf, but we've probably all felt like telling someone "I'm right you're wrong, move on." | |

This is so adorable. I wasn't too fond of Camp Rock, I thought it was kind of corny and typical Disney but this song stood out to me. It's about the seemingly endless search for true love, "the voice I hear inside my head", "the missing piece I need." "Every time I think I'm closer to the heart Of what it means to know just who I am" I think that means every time he starts a new relationship, he thinks he's found the right person but he just wants this search to be over and to find his other half. I think it was a good song for Joe Jonas to sing because he always has girls throwing themselves at him and he has no idea which is the right one. Sometimes there are simply too many options... |

The lyrics are so perfect, I would melt if a guy sang this to me. That's kind of funny that he wrote this for Zoe because I heard that after they broke up the boys wrote "Video Girl" because of her. Weird how you can be so in love with someone one moment and then be so annoyed with them the next. |

Demi is fantastic. She has the most musical talent out of all the current Disney stars. Her acting isn't anything special, but she's so great at being herself that I don't see why she even needs that skill. She has so much raw emotion when she sings, this song gave me goosebumps the first time I heard it. The second time I listened to it I cried because this is exactly how I felt after I started homeschooling and my bf broke up with me. It seemed like some of my friends have forgotten "that I was even alive" too. Finally a Disney star that can actually write on her own. I was kind of annoyed that she had to collaborate with the JB because her own songs were too "dark" for her label. I love the JB, but Demi shouldn't have to sing music that isn't her style just to please Disney. |

I think she means that their love was looked down upon by society or forbidden ("My daddy said stay away from Juliet") like Hester Prynne and Reverend Arthur Dimmesdale in The Scarlet Letter. Forbidden love is a big part in many classical love stories so that's why she threw the references in. Maybe I'm completely off, but when she says "I met you on the outskirts of town" I think it's a hypothetical situation in which the plans to run away had really worked and the couple lived happily ever after instead of...dead... Cute song, the last verse always gives me chills. |
