Her nasal nose is AWFUL The way she says Friday is so weird and awful I laugh and giggle. I thought it was a strange parody of the way most music is being made today. No natural voice ugly autotune.
Now everyone is saying 'look what your doing to a poor innocent 13 year old girl! Shame on you!'
She shouldn't be in the music industry! She sounds AWFUL even with AUTOTune. Let me tell you if you sound awful with autotune there is something wrong. She put herself out there and she gets feedback. If I EVER hear this on the radio I will toss that stupid thing out the window.
People ask why are you making a big deal and it's because stupid media controls EVERYTHING. Real problems are always sensationalized buy people who don't know what they are stalking about. Media will take any situation and make a big deal about it. They love the negative too and someone is going to 'feel bad for her' and put her on the radio. I know some 13 year olds who can come up with much more meaningful material than this.
More voice lessons before you play 'pop star' with mama and papa's money. The lyics are very simplistic. They offer little creativity and are like most of you have said mundane. The biggest debate in this whole song was which seat she was going to sit in with her friends that are too young to drive. The song is so robotic...and when it goes... fun. fun. fun. fun. It's the creepiest thing ever.
Lady Gaga invited a young girl who sang a cover of her song on youtube to sing with her on stage. She let the little girl sit on her lap and they sang together. it was the cutest.. That will never happen to this girl. . = . No more. No more. No more. No more. I know my days of the week and I don't care which seat I sit in. |

I see this too I didn't totally see a cheating thing but its possible. I just see a guy who is unwilling to give up a hurtful way of being and each new girl doesn't see that at first until they learn the hard way - fall in love and are destroyed. Perhaps they didn't see the signs.
He sees her strength something that he doesn't have. He's a leach. He sees that she is moving on and not cripples. A tease that there is something he can't have. He wants her back and this song is her closure to him. I'm not falling back into our old relationship. I'm not falling back into your arms. |

Yeah I don't think it is either. Scars from the heart. Not someone running around giving you cancer... If you've seen an interview she mentions the person this is about that he knows who he is but she didn't want to give out his identity. So it was about an old boyfriend. |

I think this is about...well I'll try to go into it. I think this is about a man who has low self esteem and his greatest pleasure or maybe he feels his only way to live is by manipulating others. Ego is usually a cover for someone who is self doubtful and has a low opinion about themselves. Its a form of protection. Obviously this is about a man who has problems committing, he may or may not be a cheater. But he gets girls into the perfect security of love until he takes something vital from them (could be virginity, could simply be a control factor such as putting them down so much that they feel this is the best they can get, some form of relationship abuse) This person continues to do this to every relationship he's in. One of the girls (Christina) decides she's not going to be weak and not going to give into love because there was no love offered- she saw through it. She decided to become strong. He wants her back and it's probably just from the tease that there's something he can't have. Perhaps the final closure was creating the song to severe the ties.
But essentially I believe that this song is about not falling into old hurtful patterns of relationships. To realize when enough is enough and know that it won't change. This person is false and just is going to hurt everyone they encounter. |

I love this song. It reminds me of what me, and my love went through. This song seems like a man has unquestionable darkness in his life, whether it be depression, nasty spirits after him, or just something dark in general haunting him. He feels like he can't go on in life anymore, and just wants to end it. He wanted to be strong for her, and she gave him strength. He wanted to be with her forever, and that got him past his death wish...his love for her. He made her feel like everything was worth it in the end, even through all the things that he went through. I think that me, and my boyfriend could both relate to this from both points of view. |

This song is about fucking to be honest, not really making love. She does say the word love, but this seems like she is "on a mission" to fuck someone. When you refer to love as a game, it's not really about "love". Song is typical, interesting beat, but the song doesn't have much "intelligence". It's just about someone wanting to fuck there you go. :/ |

You cant hide those from the people you love, you love them yet you end up hurting them the most. OUr shadows are things that a lot of people just cant take. They ghide them and they never go away, but become darjer and more dangerous. Its sad when people like this end up blowing up on themselves and their loved ones, dont become like that. I think that this about two friends who were truly friends, but they had a falling out. They either became enemies or the friendship ended somehow. This is saying even though that is and through all the shit, there is still some kind of connection left, and part of them will always be with the other, either that or the closure was not fully met.
