I think this is about a guy that is in love someone and he has the oppertunity to be with them but he doesn't know how to get it. "I see you i'm running but I don't know my way." He goes away and realises how much he misses the person and he is "ashamed" that he left, that he couldn't commit to the person. Then he goes back and faces up to his feelings and slowly builds it u again "Facing honest questiong, slowly turning me around...." There lol |

They may have done some things that they shouldn't have and hurt themselves on the way and the only way they can stop it hurting is to get away completely. I think this is a song about someone who is in a relationship with a great guy but she's had some bad experiences in the past and no matter how much she tries she can't fully put it behind her. Secretly she is scared of losing this guy so she doesn't want to open her heart up fully in case she gets hurt again "I'm winning I'm losing I'm afraid of never chosing." Suggests that she is in love with him but she is scared to fully commit her heart is saying go but she's stopping herself. It's an amazing song!! |
