| pretty sure its from the perspective of a criminal turned police informant (rewiring my brain; new friends at west valley PD; ). When the cops came in someone got shot but survived (blood on the carpet; hes going to be ok). The bust is a big story (all that's on TV) but the case goes on for some time (4 weeks later; i look for clues) but is eventually settled (my buddies broke the case and its gonna be alright). The whole time the guy is just wishing for the whole thing to be over, having a good time at the party is about not having his past hanging over his head. | |
