Great song. I think its a break up song. He wants her to know that he was 'good' to her, and that even though they have broken up he still has hope. He's see's hope, so he see's the sun 'rising', but she has no intentions of getting back with him, so see's the sun 'falling', and she's already moving on by havig an new guy on her 'arm'. |
