One of the best song definately, this song is about life, not just life with a loved one but life as a whole. I listen to this song and think about my friends and how they've impacted my life and the "lets settle down where palm trees grow" struck really hard with me cause I'm leaving Philly, my home, to settle in Florida... Close your eyes and make up your own meaning... its one of those songs that says that its not about the BLING and the BLOOW and more about enjoying the life thats all around you! This is one of those songs that Tim writes that lets the victim retake the reigns of power, I know personally listening to this song and get into battle mode. This song, "Halfway There", and "Give it All" are like the perfect trio, they lead right into one another and tell this amazing story of hating your judges and making wrongs, right. |
