For some reason i think it's about drugs and buying for his friends "I'm the new blue blood I'm the great white hope" reference to shooting up not sayin that the band indulges. "the english are waiting and i don't know what to do - This is when i need you" He's buying for people and he wants it himself. And then i won't fuck us over meaning he waon't do it himself he will share.
i don't condone drugs or do them but that;s what i get from this song.
