this is just what i've always seen when i heard the song. [i heard someone say that some people think this song was about joan baez BEFORE i actually heard it] joan baez and him had been in a fight for 10 years. this song was made in 75ish. well in 75 they were performing together again. they had made up. maybe this was him saying 'we shouldnt hate each other anymore. its been so long' his kind of apology or whatever? like i said, i dont know, its just what i've always seen. |
