This song is pretty straightforward: He doesn't like her anymore... or doesn't like his friend anymore, whichever you prefer (I just hate when people assume it's about a relationship with a girlfriend or whatever). Not sure of the reason why, or can't think of anything from the song to get a reason why. It's tricky to say what it might be about. I think that it may be about someone rejecting love, maybe they're afraid to love someone, because of getting hurt.
