I see it as: She is "misery". The guys are "company". "More" are the ones he cheats on her with. "But hell is others" bringing others into it turns it into hell. She has been cheated on so many times she expects it "You're not the first, you're not the last" She has been cheated on before, and expects she will be cheated on again. "You're so easy to read but the book is boring me" She's fed up with it. |

I think this song is actually making fun of drunks/alcoholics. It's saying all you need to do is drink to be happy/dumb. The harder you think, the less happy you'll be. "You ask me how to cure your headache, use a gun" I think is referring to curing a hang over, basically saying, we don't need alcoholics and drunks so just die... I may be a tad bias in my reading because I'm really anti-alcohol, I have nothing against drinking responsibly but I personally view drinking as pointless. I will legally be able to drink tomorrow and I have no plans to do so. |

It's about Ophelia and how she drowns. It also has some sexual references >.> It's about how Ophelia kinda became this famous character which inspired suicide painting. I also believe she sings in the play, and she's a character/actress too so that's what it's about as well I think it's also Emilie talking about being famous as well but from what I hear the whole album is about Ophelia The photoshop thing is a reference to the fact Opehlia wouldn't have photoshop cause the play is so old xD |

Emilie is commenting on how painters in Victorian times had a fascination with female suicide after Ophelia kills herself in Hamlet I believe....she said something like that in one of the interviews on youtube. She sings about it because she believes it's screwed up that people are so interested in it, that people glorify it and it is made into some kinda art. It is disturbing. It's her comment on it and the song is sarcastic, the whole album is about suicide and Ophelia and her character the fascination with the character. She read into it, she has admited history/Shakespeare nerd xD and her interesting in the Victorian era and Ophelia is what inspired the entire Opheliac album. Something like that, from what I remember from the interview. XD |

This song kind of reminds me of my past relationships, where at the end when they dumped me I just felt used. I think it's saying that she would be happy with someone to love. She loves them so much she would rather they use her than be alone. She's pleading for them to use her even though afterwards it will hurt, it's all she knows and all she thinks she deserves. |

No one has really commented on what the lyrics mean...which is odd cause it's kind of the whole point of the website XD Anyways, I think this song is about loving someone but they don't feel the same way or don't know. You need to get away from them and possibly find someone else. It also could be about being in a relationship and just needing a break or some time apart or they just had a fight and he just wants to leave it alone until they both cool off. Something like that. |

| This song pretty much just lists all the crazy things people do when in love, basically is self explainatory, you're obsessively in love with someone, you'd do anything for them, it's almost stalkerish and creepy but you don't care. I think this song is about being frustrated with life, or people in your life, or your situation but knowing there's nothing you can do and you gotta just let it go and leave it alone. Or it could be about how you just want to be left alone when you're upset, but people always try to help cheer you up or ask what's wrong...that's what it is about to me...that's what I think, could be totally wrong. I agree with what Kandyspam said though. |

Or because they don't want to worry the parents and rather only trouble themselves rather than everyone else with their problems. I love this song, Shadow is a great villian/anti-hero he is probably one of the more realistic characters in Sonic as he isn't all black and white. He can be heroic or he will do things for his own benefit, does as he pleases. This song pretty much describes that. People aren't black and white. You can call someone a hero but that doesn't mean they can't do evil things or have evil thoughts. There is no black and white, only gray =P This for me is the best Crush 40 song. The only thing I question in these lyrics is "mystery" from what I hear it's "walk into my HISTORY" |

I can't believe people think this song is about kids with A.D.D I mean seriously WTF? the line actually says "LATELY it just seems to me, like we've got the letters A.D.D, branded into our mentality" what that means is that they can't focus on anything LIKE a kid with A.D.D, they are comparing themselves to kids with A.D.D basically I think it's talking about a relation where the people get bored with each other over the years "Because its 17,18,19 routine and here at 23 it's the same old me" I think the song in general is about how kids get so bored and fed up with school and relations etc. so quickly now a days probably cause we have so much distraction in the form of computers and video games, tv etc. It also probably is saying that even a kid who went from 18 to 23, they are an adult but they haven't really matured or changed at all, they are still just as lazy. But it's up to them to do the things they have to such a school/have a job/keep the relationship going, it's up to them to maintain consciousness. |
