To me this song is about how people come and go from your life. He has meet someone that he thinks is the one. He can't come to grips to speak to her, maybe his life wasn't in order, he thought he had plenty of time, but as it turns out they are pulled apart by different paths. He is broken up and can't let go, he thought he found love, a family, a home. But even though, he knows he needs to move on, he can't seem to let go. |
