This song describes my boyfriend and mines relationship in the beginning as if they wrote it just for us. He told me about this song and I couldn't believe it. I had been burned so bad in the past that I couldn't believe my eyes and my heart when he came along. It seemed too good to be true, and at every second I thought he was going to screw me over like the rest, "you're wasting your time if you're fishin around here" He couldn't understand why I didn't believe him. He reassured me how he was real, honest and that he wanted all of me forever. Yeah Yeah, I may make you sick but I love this song.. it's so much about us. |

To me, this reminds me of when I dated my ex 3 years after we broke up. I was different, I had changed, and when I kissed him, it wasn't the same as when it was then. I didn't know why, I didn't choose to be over him, but it just happened. The very beginning of the song, I look a little bit older, I look a little bit colder..with one big step, I move a little bit closer... And of course, my lips they don't kiss they don't kiss the way they used to and my eyes don't recognize you no more.... for reasons unknown. I moved on and didn't know it when it happened...until I saw him again I realized all the ways I really did change. |

I freakin love this song. To me, it's about a girl who is waiting on that one guy her whole life, the one who would never make her feel the pain she felt from her previous relationships. He doesn't look a thing like jesus, meaning someone "perfect" in your eyes, but he's nice, and reminds you of that guy you dreamt of at such a young age. I know at the end of the video the guy winds up betraying her like all the others, and she kills herself... could be the part about the devils water... but I can't figure it out. |

This song represents to me a very trying part in my life. From the beginning, innocense, to the middle "I got caught up in all there was to offer.. and the cost was so much more than I could bear" After everything, I prayed to be strong again, I needed an answer to a long and painful fight I've fallen... I have sunk so low I have messed up Better I should know So don't come round here And tell me "I told you so..." I screwed up and I knew it, I knew I should know better, I lost a lot of people in my life, and after everything the last thing you want to hear is someone in your face saying I told you so... This is a powerful song. To me this is her relationship with God. She has gone off her path so badly that she cannot see her way back. She's afraid and questions if God is powerful enough to forgive her for the things she's done and to re create her into a whole person again. Will my weakness for an hour Make me suffer for a life time Is there anyway to be made whole again? If I'm healed, renewed and find forgiveness Find the strength I've never had Will my scars ruin all God's plan? This part means the most to me.... Will she ultimately be forgiven for the things she's done, and even if she is renewed and starts a new life, can she still be apart of God's plan? She's questioning her worthiness...as we all should. |

To me this song is about being so hung up on someone that it is ruining you. She wants him back, yet knows that he doesn't want her so she feels stupid. No matter how she tries, she cannot get this person out of her head..... a lot of her songs really describe my ex! "I keep saying yesterday" "Why we gotta play these games" She wants it to be like it was, obsessed with the beginning, the past. And now it's become just a big game...that's obviously more entertaining for him! |

| It's simple... she's not missing him. To me, this song is about a person who was hung up on a guy who treated her like crap and left her high and dry. In the past she still hung on waiting to hear from him, waiting for the one day he'd come back, but she was just afraid to move on. And now that she has, she realizes that she's giving up nothing, even if moving on is scary, it's better then what she had. | |
