It's simple... she's not missing him. To me, this song is about a person who was hung up on a guy who treated her like crap and left her high and dry. In the past she still hung on waiting to hear from him, waiting for the one day he'd come back, but she was just afraid to move on. And now that she has, she realizes that she's giving up nothing, even if moving on is scary, it's better then what she had.

I love Stacie's music...and this single, well it's a great comeback after her long break...and it does make you want to sing along....it's beautiful!

i think it's just about how she was always scared of relationships and the one time she let herself love someone he hurt her? I don't think the song is generally about this as it's quite upbeat, but to me it seems like she's trying to persuade herself that she doesn't miss him, when in fact she does?

That's just the feeling i get from listening to it, & i guess that's how i relate it to my life. I say i don't miss him, and i'm over him, but deep down i know i do miss him, alot.

I agree. First, it does make you want to sing along! Second, it IS upbeat, which is sort of weird, because she's saying how she got hurt and everything. But it's nice, like she's moved on and she doesn't care anymore. Or maybe like wants to tell herself she doesn't care anymore? Either way, I really like this song. It's been stuck in my head for ages, and I can think back to when I thought I'd never go on without this guy, and now I know I'm better off and not missing him and I can sing it along with Stacie :D I just think that it's sad that she's saying "I guess love will be nice for someone else's life," like it's something that she's pretty much given up on for good.

i think this sing is about a girl who had a boyfriend that dumped her and he probably went to all his friends saying that she wants him back etc. and she's just like shut up freak so points to stacie for that because that happened to me .....kinda :S

it's kinda scary because every single stacie releases it exactly what's on ly mind when she relases it anyway stacie is awesum so yeah

this song is so addicting and up beat! it kinda does sound like she's trying to convice herself that she doesn't miss him, but it's good that she's realizing you can't stay hung up on something (some idiot) for too long. =]
