I think Erilis is on the right track. I googled "cave radio" out of curiosity and came up with this video. Ignore the guys talking, I just thought the sounds that the radio makes really fit with the mood and theme of the song.

One of my favorite UHP songs. It's pretty apparent that the song is about Tarot and divination. Tarot can be almost addicting in that there are very enigmatic meanings behind every card in a reading.
It almost sounds as if she is trying to get away from relying on divination, but can't help it despite warnings (If you fate your world unwritten pages turn / To an ending that you did not write) |

Kasson Crooker said that this song is about a hitman, which actually makes a lot of sense. I get the impression that the hitman does have compassion for his targets, but in the end he has a "just pays the bills" philosophy about his job. |
