| I'm also surprised this song has been overlooked...it's really my favorite Jeff Buckley song, if one can have a favorite indeed. the lyrics are the most poetic Ive heard from this album...(or not the most, but they have caught my eye) and the rhythm of the song, how it goes an octive higher right before "my friend had her questions right" ahhh, my god...i could listen to this for hours and have some bittersweet emotion because he sounds so...sexy, joyous...but it is some sort of social commentary in disguise...i mean isn't that what we all want? Social commentary wrapped in Jeff Buckley's voice? nothing better. beautiful | |

| EXCELLENT! this could be about how people will be trained to read people through...like lie detectors and hypnosis. When one can tell someone's lying because he looks away, or looks up and to the right. He was brilliant!!!! It's almost like the state we live in now, and will live in soon. "beware your neighbor" either trust your neighbor like Loose Tounge implies or beware because he/she will sell you out, cheat you out to the government. The ending, so wonderful, it is hypnosis!!! I am so pleased with the lyrics because I've been listening to this song for so long and have been so in love, because yes he sounds sexy and intelligent...but the lyrics, my god what social commentary! I love this man! My thoughts on the song as a whole, I have not really fully understood his implications, but that's what I have so far! so great, im so pleased. | |

I also think the "anna Molly" is the world anomaly---but it's a girls name, right, so he's seeking out someone but she's an anomaly so she's hard to find because she's different. Like where is the girl who is "the one?" IncubusRulesAll did a great job of interpreting this song...everyone should interpret the lyrics as they like though...he's used the attic theory in one of their other songs though...a metaphore for the mind? but im not so sure i like the music video... what do you all think? |

hey, have you all heard Mojo Pin, live, the "chocolate version?" It's on The Grace EP's. You can hear it on free napster, http://free.napster.com/view/artist/index.html?id=11591992 ...but you'll have to scroll down a bit. Anyways....in the begining of the song...there is all this wonderful ambience, and his voice sounds like it's experimenting with something, like a trance, like exploring some inner depth of his being, and then his tounge rolls into this chantlike expression, and it sound like he says this..." love, love (x 10) Love, turn me on Let me turn you all over with my thumb on your tounge Rest your heel on my shoulder Your love melts like chocolate On the tounge of god Love, Love Love turn me on Let me turn you all over With my thumb on your tounge rest your heel on my shoulder your love like chocolate melting on the tounge of god! oh love! love, love (x 7)" and then he rolls into Mojo Pin... so maybe this song is indeed about a lost love...or are these lyrics a sample of a song I have never heard before?
