i remember hearing this song on the radio when i was in first or second grade. even back then, i really related to it& understood what the lyrics meant. i dont think this song is just about growing up& leaving where you grew up; its deeper than that. this girl in the song has a golden reputation when all she ever wanted was to be happy. i can relate& thats what makes this so special to me. |

the first time i heard this song i just had to restart it& listen again. dont blink dont close your eyes/ most of all dont apologize/ its me whos got the demons to wrestle now. it has a deep meaning; im not sure what though. great song. |
