you can hear the 'ng' sound at the end of the note.
i love this song, but i hate how he throws in the cliche 'tonight' at the end of a verse to fill the space.
horribly overused word in song lyrics.
@jessX3baby hmmm i dont know if you are talking about all of emarosa's stuff or just this album. I used to ignore jonny's lyrics with emarosa, but the lyrics in relativity have become quite significant to me lately and i think the meanings vary. |

these are the right lyrics but the screamed parts are missing. in the lyrics to the other songs where they've attempted to decipher the screaming, its sometimes nonsensical so you might as well just scream random words for them lol. there arent any official lyrics for this or for the translating the name ep for that matter :( |

The lyrics to this confuse me. All I can get from it is improvising your way through life and reinventing yourself and your beliefs. A lot of people follow certain paths, but the person that this song talks about never settles on one. its about breaking away from the flock and being independent. The title confuses me though. Living Together might be a reference to the band members lives with each other.
I don't believe Anthony does drugs any more. The guy said he doesn't so why would you wanna believe he does?
For all those who say this is about religion - religion focusses on life issues, people write lyrics about life issues. The two may cross over, but I don't think Anthony has any reason to write songs about Christianity exclusively.. |

I think this song is about having to break up with someone. When he sees his partner smile at him, he feels sad because he doesn't love them back and he feels guilty. He tries to blame it on his partner that he doesn't love them, "It's your fault..." |

I find it strange that everyone assumes the lyrics are nice. The lyrics have a blatant sadistic ring in my opinion. The show your teeth part is I think about someone trying to react to being harmed or mistreated. The song is about cruelty I think. |

My interpretation of the song is that someone close to the singer is killed hence he is a lonely boy. He realises that they were going to lose each other eventually - just a matter of time. They will all die soon - still getting older every day. the bit about the siren might be about how when he hears a siren he is reminded of his friend's death - I've already lost him once. The part about severing the plates refers to the earth's crust. If he divided the 7 plates into more, the sea would open up and reveal 7 again. This is about how he can't change nature or the way things are and he can't bring his friend back.
Of course this might not be what the song is about, but it works for me. |

i think this is about discovering and starting a new life with god. the writer is burning away their past and painful memories and starting over with their new perspective. I'm not religious, but this song is still good. |

From the lyrics I'd guess that the song is about the writer who becomes depressed because of unrequited love - "cut open this heart, now steal away my last beat of hope"
Whenever the writer sees the one he loves he is "reminded of living" but also of his pain - "the lack of blood that has brought me to my knees"
I think suicide is involved. The writer kills himself and the person he loves has only his memory or "reflection" which bleeds through their hands when they think of the his death.
The person whom the writer loves tries to lie and bring him back with false hope, but they realise anything they say is too late.
The writer's loved one prays for the strength to forget about him. "pray for the strength to let me float away"
The writer hopes for something good in the afterlife as he drifts away. |
