| Lamb of God – Fake Messiah Lyrics

My only guess is it's about George Bush, and how he lied to the people leading them into a war under false pretenses and making it look like some mission under god. That's what I think anyway. |

It's a song about not conforming to the lifestyle the media tries to sell you.
"I will not be a slave to a god that doesn't exist"
-This line refers to how the media potrays all these images of beauty and popularity, what's in what's out, on the alter that is the televsion screen, but when it comes down to it none of that stuff is real, it cant be found in real life, there is no perfection, and if there is it is only fake a disguise. At least that's my interpretaion of it. The rest of the song is pretty self explanatory. |

Not my favorite Korn Album. I think they've lost their way ever since Head left the group, but I do like this song on the album. I think it's pretty self explanatory. We need to be aware that our planet is in decline and we need to start doing something about it to make it a better place to live in. |

All of Megadeth's songs smack you in the face with what they're about. If you can't figure out the meaning behind a Megadeth song, then you might as well be retarded. Anyway, this song is bad fucking ass! The guitar riffs were cool, and Dave's vocals were actually pretty good too. |

I think it's a combination of watching MR. Rogers and sexual abuse. Notice how in the second verse the words after the dot dot dots follow the pattern ...child ...fucker. Mr. Roger's is always telling kids that everyone is your neighbor and you can trust them, but maybe one day Jon just trusted the wrong person, hence the line, "But you told me that everybody was my neighbor" and he's pissed now that Mr. Rogers lied to him and told him that everyone was friendly now he's screwed up because of it, but that's just my opinion. |

| God Forbid – Precious Lie Lyrics

Now I can relate to this song cause I've actually had this happen to me before. What we have here is a classic case of confusing "Lust" with "Love." The singer apparently found someone who he believes he's deeply in love with and would do anything for, "I would crash the gates of Hell," but doesn't realize that it's just lust he's feeling, and nothing more, hence the lyric, "She was a precious lie/I always dreamed of/took lust into love.
Then at the end of the song the lead singer has this dilemma where he wonders if he will ever be able to feel anything more than lust, hence the lyirc, "Is this where I belong?"
That's my opinion not yours |

| Arch Enemy – Carry the Cross Lyrics

First time ever commenting on lyrics, but I think this song is about putting with your own issues, dealing up with your own struggles, and just carrying them onward until you die, hence the lyrics "Carry the Cross/And suffer the loss.
That's my opinion anyway. |
