i feel like when she says "it doesn't matter if you love him" she's referring to God, and the capital HIM (His Infernal Majesty) part she's referring to Satan. meaning that there's always gonna be good and bad or what's looked upon in a good way and what's looked upon in a bad way.
she's saying don't worry about what other people want you to be, just be yourself.

i always assumed it was "Iraq", but that doesn't really seem to make sense because of yoni's judaic background.
i think that it is Ra, because of all the ancient egyptian references in the song; the process of embalming, grave robbers, etc.
"left hand gripping hockey stick or cattle prod" is also a reference to a pharaoh's coffin.
