| Louis XIV – God Killed The Queen Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| Maybe it's like, a play on the name of the song God Save The Queen | |
| Louis XIV – Sometimes You Just Want To Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| Love this song! It's got an awesome beat. Maybe my favorite on their new CD. | |
| Lou Reed – Romeo Had Juliette Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I think that this is at least one of Lou Reed's best songs, if not his best. Even though he only says a few lines about a person you get a complete picture of what they're like from it. Amazing | |
| Crash Test Dummies – Superman's Song Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
There's something no one else seems to have commented on that I thought meant something in the song. Which is what Superman saved the world from. Solomon Grundy, the way I've always seen it, is about how we go through life and we have a whole hundred years on this earth, but the important things that happen in that century could be fit into a single week. So what Superman was saving the world from is kind of the boring, day to day, almost sleepwalking kind of state that people get into. He brought more important events into people's lives. He woke them up. |

| Louis XIV – Guilt by Association Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
I love this song, although I'm pretty sure the lyrics are off. It should be: Remember how you got all this? Well all this.. It's never ever coming true Also: There's something we should be upfront about Are you starting to figure out that you're never going home? Never going home? And (I think): Well there's something we must confront now now I definitely agree with bnjskate. It's about politics and how everyone's out to get what they want, and don't care about other people or what happens to them. Awesome song. |

| The Killers – Don't Shoot Me Santa! Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
This song is kinda a weird one... What I got out of it is that it's a boy who used to be made fun of but was nice but then he shot up his school or something and now (for some reason) Santa's going to shoot him so he's trying to bargain with Santa and explain himself but Santa won't listen. "Life is hard, but look at me I turned out alright." This seems kinda ironic because Santa is saying that he turned out all right at the same time that he's about to kill someone. |
