So if you're a plumber, does that make you a Christian plumber?' I don't know the answer. We're a band, it's part of who we are, so it comes out in our music, and it's the fuel for what we do. And finding faith saved my life. So I'm not ashamed of it at all. And most of our album reflects that." If you think that that means they're not a Christian band then w/e. but What I get from that is she is saying that their album reflects thier faith(christianity) and that you cannot seperate your religion from everyday life and what you do. There for, they are a christian band. |

In an interview Sameer says they are, and they are under a christian record label, so..... If they don't wanna be filed under "christian" why are they under a christian label???? Yes Lacey writes song about everything she has been through, and how Christ has helped her through.... so... umm...... Just to let you know MOKUJIN.83 If God is the center of what someone writes about... this is to xSatansxCupidx... Believe it or not..... myspace has nothing to do with a band being christian or not...... If you listen to their songs,read the lyrics, actually know a little more about the band basides the "music category" it is in on myspace... U might learn that Flyleaf is a christian band, and it's songs are about christianity, love for God, and the love he has for us. |

I think this song is about how christians are stuck in the world today like they are stuck in a crossfire between heaven and hell. i think the whole first stanza is about how in the world noone can really trust anyone. "You call yourself a soldier But you've never put your toe to the line Cause when the banner flies You're too afraid to ride" To me this part means you call yourself a christian but u never do anything to back it up, cause when asked or people are talking about it you are too afraid to confess........ it's one of my favorites for sure by pillar... love the meaning behind it.. |
