| I agree with heyjanaa for the most part, but the part starting with "See, you are waiting" kinda makes it seem like hope for the relationship, so in a sense, it could be that he's torn between staying with someone and leaving them. | |

I'm pretty sure it's just the basic idea of living through the different temptations life throws at you, and trying to change "Stop chasing me because I'm changing You can't be afraid of ambition" Those lines pretty much sum up the song. |

It's about a guy, who's girlfriend would lie to him, so now he's "learning to live without your love" (the girl). And is telling her and reminding himself to look for someone who really makes you happy; "chase what makes your heart flutter". It could probably be taken a number of different ways, but this one just make the most sense to me. |

It could be about people trying to test somebody about their religion. "While the gallows stand, and bullets lance the bravest lungs? We fold our hands and Hold our tongues." It be saying that when people are trying to get you away from your religion you'll stand strong with it. Or it could just be like fender8822 said. |
