It's about a guy, who's girlfriend would lie to him, so now he's "learning to live without your love" (the girl). And is telling her and reminding himself to look for someone who really makes you happy; "chase what makes your heart flutter".

It could probably be taken a number of different ways, but this one just make the most sense to me.
