There is something Waiting for me in the darkest part of my imagination. and This is just self-induced terror There's more to come, this is just a glimpse I tell myself it's all in my head but I'm pretty hard to convince I think these can fit with the drug addiction, the thing waiting in his imagination is really just the realisation that he's addicted. Then near the end of the song it seems the addicted person is trying to quit and he's seeing things. He tries to convince himself they're not real - "I tell myself it's all in my head" but he can't find a way out - "Oh, there's no relief Oh, this wold can offer". The last part is his friend agreeing that it's his battle really but hoping he'll get through it. This could be way off and the schizophrenia theory fits too, I just think the addiction one works better. |

The way this starts is an amazing intro to the album. I don't think this is about something real. It seems more like a fantasy world (or the past). Awesome song whatever it means. |

This is probably wrong but no-one else has bothered to comment... I think it's about a disaster (a flood - maybe Katrina...) And the singer can hear people crying out from the other side of the street (it's so flooded it seems like a river now) and no-one can sleep because of what they've seen/heard. Someone is telling them to "Prepare for the flood" and even though it's obviously too late for that they're gonna try and help people. Anyway it's an awesome song. 'Scremo boy' if you love screamo as the name implies, how come you can't spell it? |

At some points it seems like it's talking about a relationship starting again after it's been messed up before - "Grasping clichés nothings changed Im just the same as before, Ive looked no further" But what deceptive said fits better with the whole song so I'll go with that. I love this song. |

| It seems to me like it's about a leader is making people do something that they don't want to, so they did it and now they can't take it back - "We've no way to stop this pain" and now they're gonna get him for it..."You're to blame, You will not survive". This could fit to Bush and the Iraq war but I don't think it is about that...It probably has some deeper meaning but I don't know what. | |

| I definitely think it's about losing someone. It seems that they were taken away very quickly (death) and he thinks someone else should have been the one who died instead. It's a beautiful song and the guitarists are great. | |
