| A Perfect Circle – The Noose Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I think it is undeniably, as so many have suggested about someone who recently "recovered" from drug or alcohol addiction (whole album is about some form of addiction) and at some point during this killed someone (DUI does seem the most likely possibility). | |
| 50 Cent – Candy Shop Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| About one "man"'s unending search for some shred of inginuity, musical talent or the common decency to lie down and die when everyone shoots him....just like all of his songs. | |
| Breed 77 – Tears Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| Seems to be a pretty simple, though nevertheless well put, anti-war ballad. Being a Gibraltan band I am unsure as to which war this may be specifically aimed towards (works fine as a general message I think) but with release time and Gibraltar being a British depandant, it's screaming Iraq. | |
| Tool – Stinkfist Lyrics | 18 years ago |

My interpretation is that this song is about how over exposure in the modern world has reduced the significance of everything. "Desensitized to everything What became of subtlety?" Nothing is shocking anymore so there is no limit on how people act, thus subtlety has vanished. |

| Mercenary – Soul Decision Lyrics | 18 years ago |

As far as I can work out the song is either referring to the all entrapping nature of a really important choice (a soul decision if you will). It also appears feasible that the song is about death (as in the grim reaper), especially prevalent in verse 1. p.s. Freakin' awesome band |

| Electric Six – Naked Pictures (Of Your Mother) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I do not agree with the view it is about manipulation of women. I think that is simply masquearading what is a rather blatant piece of political commentary. This song is a scathing attack about American politics...but that's just my view. | |
| Soilwork – Mercury Shadow Lyrics | 18 years ago |

I can't believe I am the only person immature enough to think ill of: "we know how to spit or swallow"...nuff sed In all seriousness though I think Faythe had the right idea, sounds as though he is somehow referring to his past |
