Cali is a crappy place just kidding but it is a society that is in the hole and this song is easily read as societies downfall the line a teenage bride with a baby inside getting high on information is a shot on abortion also when Destruction leads to a very rough road
But it also breeds creation makes up for the idea of dreaming of this downwards spiral |

I love the feel of this particular song its got a different feel then alot of there music.... WHICH IS ALSO GREAT just different.... I recently got out of a bad relationship and soo much chili peppers music has meanings to me i didnt understand there music is in fact very hypnotizing i believe this song is about that meaning of life that every1 eventually realizes... i think this song is pretty straightfoward to read compared to most of their music its his turn to realize where he life has led him and he will do it his way "no matter what they say" the girl being of course his new girlie great song |
