| Creedence Clearwater Revival – Don't Look Now Lyrics
| 16 years ago

This song is great! There is so much going on in it. While i'm not entirely sure what Fogerty was writing about specifically, I love this song because you can relate it to many different aspects of our world. For example, I think some of it has environmental undertones: "Who'll take the coal from the mines" to me means that although we criticize big coal for strip-mining and AMD, we still consume electricity.
Also, I just heard a lecture today on how the US and other countries will never intervene in Darfur because it's not in anyone's national interest and it made me think of this song. We admit that it's a tragedy, but not even the UN will the appropriate actions. This course can rationalized, but when asked who'll stop the genocide, we say "Don't look now, it ain't you or me." |

I think that the movie's ok. I wish the original actress was still playing Daisy, but it was really nice to see the characters again! |

This song is so moving. The last verse? IF you really think about it, wow. Happiness is nothing but the flow of serotonin to your head...it all boils down to how the chemicals flow to your soul. It's a good song to listen to when your down. |

| Roxy Music – For Your Pleasure Lyrics

This is my favorite song from this album. I have no idea what it means. It sounds like they're saying that they are here for our pleasure. But I could be totally wrong. I only heard about this song because I was given a T-shirt as a gift.
I think there should be a limit on comments so that some songs won't have 169 comments and some entire artists only have 30. It's not fair. |

I'm not generally a fan of Boston, but I love this song. One of my friends introduced me to it. Good rythym. The meaning, to me, is pretty clear. |

Usually, I hate it when bands sell out for commercials, but I never heard this song before that and I'm glad I found it. Deffinetly one of my favorites.
My only problem with this song is that I'm from Pittsburgh, and I call it a gumband. |

| Kansas – Lonely Wind Lyrics

I have no idea. This song feels really sad. I think that he feels lonely and the wind is the only person who cares. Or the wind could be a metaphor. Or the wind is the one who's sad. I really don't want to analyze it very much.
I love this song. I put it on when I feel sad, and it doesn't make me happy, but I won't feel lonely anymore. I can't believe that 62 people commented on the other wind song from Kansas, but in 4 years, I'm the only one for this one. I think the comments need to be more spread out. |

This song is about the Earth and how we've ruined it. It's as true and relevant as when it was published in 1974. I like how at the end it changes from 'and now she's gonna die' to 'and now we're gonna die.' Now there's Global Warming, and it's affecting the ocean and the crazy weather will kill us. |

This is the first song on their first album. I only had to listen to it first 30 seconds before I was hooked on Kansas.
And I completely agree with eternalvayne on the meaning. |

I can't believe that only 4 people commented on this song. I really want to know what it means, but I have no idea. It's a good song to turn up while you're drivin' down the highway. |

| Queen – Play The Game Lyrics

To me, this song is about falling in love. I don't think it's conformity, the game is just being in love. 'It's so easy when you know the rules/It's so easy, all you have to do is fall in love.' He's just saying that you can't be sad, or sit on the bench. You have to play the game. |

This song is very good. It makes me feel really sad, which is probably what's supposed to happen. I've said it before, but I love how Queen does songs with so many different sounds. |

I'm also 14, and I haven't found anybody to love either. I thought I was by myself, but now I feel better. Everyone else should too. You all sound so sad.
I think the meaning of this song is clear, but I'd just like to say how cool Queen is for making songs with all kinds of different sounds, like this one. They fused gospel into this song, which is pretty amazing, and i don't think many bands could pull it off so well. |

I'm surprised that more people haven't commented. To me, the singer's girl broke up with him, and he still loves her, so he makes up this dreamer's ball, so he can still be with her, if only in his dreams. |

I kinda like this song. It has a good rythm and Billy has a good voice. I agree with god save theQueen, but i also think it's about how when you're lonely, you start looking for anything to do, even if you'll regret it later. |

I think Dark Side of the Moon is one of the best albums ever. I like this song because that's what I'll do. When I get home, I'll sit somewhere quiet and listen to this album. |
